KOL HATOR COMMENTARY:  The Bible Prophet Daniel (457-362 BCE) was a celebrated Jewish scholar and master interpreter of dreams who was exiled with the remaining House of Judah (Jews) to Babylon after the destruction of the First Temple in Jerusalem (456 BCE0. The 10-Tribed House of Israel by that time had already been exiled into oblivion, cut off from the Covenant with God, some 3 centuries earlier (720 BCE).

After several dreams and visions about the ‘End Times’ which would precede the Glorious establishment of the direct Universal Kingdom Rule of God, Daniel was told by God:  Daniel 12:1- 4 ““When that time comes, Micha’el, the Great Prince who champions your people, will stand up; and there will be a time of distress unparalleled between the time they became a nation and that moment. At that time, your people will be delivered, everyone whose name is found written in the Book. ² Many of those sleeping in the dust of the earth will awaken, some to everlasting life and some to everlasting shame and abhorrence. ³ But those who can discern will shine like the brightness of Heaven’s dome, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.”

⁴ “But you, Daniel, keep these words secret, and seal up the book until the time of the End. Many will rush here and there as knowledge increases.”

The previous chapter 11 of Daniel indicates this most dreadful Time to come over the Land of Israel, which will be besieged during the Final War of Gog Magog (Zech. 14) – a nuclear War.

So, clearly, this Time of revealing Knowledge as an End Time Event, will precede this cataclysmic War which will call for the direct Intervention by God to save Israel from total annihilation. He will then set up His Universal Kingdom, ruling over all nations from Jerusalem
