This information is not presented as a final judgmental ruling from Kol HaTor Vision. It is presented to give the reader an informed perspective at what we believe is a critical junction in the Ephraimite movement. The claims documented below are drawn directly from Ulf Diebel’s own websites and public statements. Kol HaTor editorial comments appear in italics throughout.

All non-italicized text consists of direct quotations copied from sources produced by Ulf Diebel, his associates, and Rabbi Edery of the nascent Sanhedrin in Jerusalem.

On his numerous websites, Ulf Diebel repeatedly claims to be:

• Ephraim impersonated
• Israelite priest after the order of Melchizedek
• King of Justice, King of the Jews
• The one to receive the handover of the kingdom as the firstborn Ephraim
• The one to whom the Pope must hand over the total assets of the Papacy
• Son of Man, Son of God according to Ezekiel
• The first-born from the dead
• The true Jesus, to establish a New Covenant with, and as Ephraim
• Son of Yoseph

In his own words: “I was born to this and there will be no other savior but me, be glad it’s me.”

He now promotes his association with the nascent Sanhedrin as proof of his authority and calling.

Under his #NewDeal programme, Diebel lists the following political objectives:

• Dissolution of the Federal Republic of Germany and termination of the right of occupation through a peace treaty with America and Israel
• Arrest of Chancellor Angela Merkel and closure of all job centres (citing Leviticus 25)
• Return of “stolen land” to Germany and Israel
• Handover of the kingdom of Israel to “the firstborn son Ephraim” (citing Acts 1, Revelation 19)
• Total cancellation of all monetary debt and reorganization of the world financial system
• Takeover of the entire Vatican assets

The following are direct quotations from Diebel’s website ephraim.info, in which he constructs a personal messianic narrative using a combination of biblical numerology, Catholic ecclesiastical law, and autobiographical details.

From his “Melchizedek” testimony:

“In the book of Genesis, Abraham visits Melchizedek, who is a Priest of the most High God in Jerusalem (Salem). Melchizedek means ‘King of Righteousness.’ Psalm 110 declares: ‘The LORD hath sworn, and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.'”

He continues: “As it turned out, these kids mentioned by the prophets are my children, born in Jerusalem. I left Jerusalem with 40 (Acts 1) and by divine verdict, was cut-off for 7 years, without knowing what had happened to me (Daniel 4), until the 7 years were over on 1.1.2015.”

“As it turned out, the ‘son of man’ Ezekiel and Jesus are talking about is indeed ‘just a dude’ as Galatians 4:4 says, born by a woman, born under the law — in particular the law Eucharisticum Mysterium from 25.5.67 by the Church of Rome, defining the birthdate of the firstborn from the dead, 1897 years after the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem.”

Further claims from his writings:

“Through his laws Dei Filius, Lumen Gentium, Dei Verbum and Eucharisticum Mysterium, the Pope declares me by law the Son of God and my children the miracle of creation.”

“No one is able to understand Donald Trump and the Zionists, but Ulf Diebel from Düsseldorf can clarify this as Ephraim for all of Germany and the world.”

“I was born to this and there will be no other savior but me, be glad it’s me.”

What follows documents the operational strategy behind Diebel’s Sanhedrin achievement, drawn from his group’s publication on antisemitismusreport.com. We preserve these texts as a matter of record.

Diebel then launched a financial scheme tied to the Sanhedrin establishment:

The investment model works as follows: with an investment of 1,000 Euros/Dollars, 60% is paid out to the investor in gold and silver “Temple Coins,” 20% goes as capital into the Sanhedrin Initiative, and the remaining 20% supports the “Nation Ephraim Gold and Silver Trust.”

Each participant receives a “Sanhedrin Initiative Share” — a certified document intended to provide proof of cooperation and participation as a shareholder in building the Sanhedrin.

These certificates, instigated and designed by the Ulf Diebel team, are now proudly distributed amongst Rabbis in Israel.

From their promotional material: “When the funding of the Sanhedrin is in place and all the judges have been appointed, these 70 judges will decide who is the living king of Israel. When this process is completed, nothing will stand in the way of the building of the Third Temple, our ultimate goal, and the prophecy of Ezekiel 37:15-22 will be fulfilled.”

Diebel claims to be this King of Israel. At approximately the 36-minute mark in his public speeches, he explicitly claims the title “King of the Jews.” He also claims to be “King of Justice.”
