Peace reigns superior in Life
|
In the end, we all need PEACE. Peace in ourselves, in our human relations, marriages, families, employment, neighbourhoods, societies, nations and in the World between humans on all levels. |
It may be an impossible Goal, but, at least, being aware of its importance and what it really entails, we individually would already find Peace in ourselves and amongst each other by simply just striving for it and working at it best we can. |
Nowhere is such Peace more important than between the very souls who strive to serve the God of the Universe. Unfortunately, the opposite is wildly ruling between these souls in the different religions, like Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and the rest – even bitterly between the different sects within each. |
Apart from mere logic and being written in their basic Scriptures, a God claiming and being represented by followers to be the God of Peace, should require Peace and Unity amongst themselves. |
The raging opposite has become clearly apparent in recent Facebook threads that I have posted which caused a mini viral ‘explosion’ of comments and opinions. And, not exaggerating, hardly two agree with each other. Then there is the slinging of mud, accusations, insults, condemnations – How on earth can we claim to be “Children of the God of Peace?” Of course, each participant in the wide audience discussion believes that ONLY he/she is correct. Everyone else wrong! |
The guidance by Parashat Toldot on PEACE |
Wow! What an encompassing, deep review of the Biblical metaphors promoting Family Unity we have here, presented by Rabbi Meir Schweiger of The Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies in Jerusalem. |
The ultimate Goal of Peace on Earth by Divine Intention should no doubt encompass all the nations of the World as HaShem’s Family. But, yes, specifically the Family Feud that the KOL HATOR Vision is addressing, i.e. between the 2 divided factions of God’s 12-Tribed Nation: |
– that is, on the one hand, the ‘House of 10-Israel’ (the Northern Kingdom in Israel exiled Worldwide amongst all the nations since 2700 years ago and cut off from the Covenant – but, now in process of re-awakening and re-covenanting), and |
– secondly, the House of Judah (Jews), gathering in the miraculously reborn Land of Modern Israel. |
These two factions need to reconcile according to the Main Theme of Bible Prophecy for Final Redemption (Geulah) to come about. And that, as it is becoming clear these days, most likely includes the entire Purpose of the New Testament (NT) also, in its original format and beyond the contorted version as it has become by Church interpretation. It is this contorted interpretation that has been accepted by Judah for what the NT “really is all about.” Such contortion is beyond any Jewish consideration possible because of its rejection of the Torah principles which Judaism preserved from the time of Moses receiving it from the Creator, onwards to this day. |
In no way is this appeal for unity a suggestion that Judah has to accept and worship the New Testament ‘Messiah’ in order to achieve such reconciliation and Peace. This ‘Messiah’ as interpreted by Christianity, incidentally, serves as the greatest Stumbling Block in the way of reconciliation between the two factions because followers of this ‘Messiah’ present him to Jews as ‘the’ God they should worship rather than the God of Israel.” And, at worst, he is presented to Jews as a rejector of the Torah! |
How can Geulah Unity ever be achieved without peaceful Reconciliation across the Stumbling Blocks? Is it possible that such Reconciliation could perhaps be achieved in the following adapted ways?: |
- by New Testament (NT) believers discovering that the NT is in fact based on Torah principles and that it promotes Torah observance?
- And by the discovering that there is ONE TRUE GOD ONLY – the God of the Torah – Whom Jews do worship, however much failing throughout the ages?
- And if Jews can realize that they have a Divine Mandate and Order to search for, care for and feed the Lost Sheep of HaShem who lost their Torah identity through the ages – lost sheep from both the House of Judah (Jews) and the House of Israel (Ephraim). For the reprimands of HaShem in this regard, ref. Ezekiel 34:2, “‘This is what the Sovereign HaShem says: ‘Woe to you shepherds of Israel who only take care of yourselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock?'” Read the entire chapter. This topic of the need for seeking and educating the Lost Sheep over whom HaShem is so greatly concerned, is comprehensive and revealing study from the Hebrew Scriptures regarding Who is the Light Unto the Nations?
An acceptable solution for both sides needs to be created. THIS is what HaShem’s Purpose for mankind and His Future Kingdom is all about! |
