Blog – 2 August, 2019
The uncovering somewhat of these hitherto enshrouded topics which are unfolding before us at this time, should serve to direct believers in the God of Israel to the Way ahead that all are seeking. The first four boxed topics have for millennia been the captivating aspirations for millions of Bible believers from countless religious faiths and sects. A thorough review, and guided by the confirmative evidence of these unfolding Phenomena throughout the World, we believe, will emphasize that the God of Creation has ONE single Purpose in mind for all these conflict-ridden faiths: i.e. ONE nation, ONE Kingdom, serving as a Light unto all humanity and ruling over the nations in righteousness according to and in conformity with His Will. This all is entailed in the broader general grandiose concluding and climaxing Event of the Ages – The Final Redemption (Biblical term: Geulah).
To some sectors of our wider audience, such a conclusion of total unification across the currently greatly divided religious and cultural spectrum of which all are part will be downright unacceptable. It will also be considered with great suspicion by most parties. In order to find a peaceful solution that all will agree to, we will first have to decide what Source/s we will examine and present for an acceptable (to most) Guideline. For this purpose, there already exists a communal foundational Source amongst the majority groupings of these conflict-ridden Faiths: THE BIBLE. Consequently, this greater section of the overall universal body of nations communally strive after the Promises which make up the heading to this commentary
As we will show in this review, the Main Theme of the Bible is Redemption.
IF there truly is a Creator God –
IF there is any source claiming to be inspired by Him –
Then it is THE BIBLE.
IF there exist any source of clues to finding His active involvement in the history of humanity, then this BIBLE directs us to:
the Nation of Israel and the Land of Israel. Consequently, our search under consideration here should focus on the relationship, according to the Bible, between the Land and the Nation of Israel on the one hand, and the concept of Redemption.
IF any modern-day confirmation of such Divine Redemptive Involvement on a national basis is to be found, then surely it screams out from the modern-day miraculous resurrection of the Land and the State of Israel by the descendants of the same Nation of ancient Biblical Israel. In just 70 years, modern history confirms the return of Jews from the dungeons of the earth, where they have been persecuted for simply being “People of the Book”. Modern history testifies of their rebuilding of the Land of their forefathers which had become a barren and pest infected wilderness over the 2000 years of their exile – as foretold in the warnings in advance, recorded In the Bible which had been written millennia in advance. As also foretold in these writings, these Returnees would be resurrecting this Land by getting the “deserts to bloom” again. Scientifically Israel today is recognized in many fields as rating amongst the Top-10 nations of the earth. On many scientific platforms, it ranks even as #1. In a 2019 ranking published by U.S. News and World Report, Israel is ranked 8th, following (in order of ranking) the U.S.A, China, Russia, Germany, the U.K., France, and Japan. The ranking is based on five attributes: each country’s leadership, economic influence, political influence, strong international alliances, and military. This is a fete that defies normal possibility! It can ONLY be by the design of God. The BIBLE claims to be God-inspired – the same Book that claims this nation to be ‘a Light unto the nations’ as ‘a Testimony to His Sovereignty’.

Our Appeal through this commentary
No wonder then that our 4 heading topics above form part of the Main Theme of what Israel is striving for, religiously, today. Audacious as it may seem, the main purpose of this address is to humbly impress on the divinely mandated spiritual leaders of Judaism (HaShem’s Mechoqeck Judicial Arm Gen. 49:10) to consider the awakening call of this writing – for the sake of the fulfillment of the very four themes featured in our heading:
- Restoration of the Tabernacle of David,
- the Coming of Mashiach
- Final Redemption,
- and the establishment of the Kingdom of God
– for the sake of ALL humanity who requires the LIGHT that Judah is Divinely mandated to share with them.
The Hidden Link to this End Time Miracle to take place
As a basis for this appeal, this address will emphasize the common factor to all four of these topics – a factor which is almost totally overlooked by the spiritual leaders of Judah in their striving after these 4 concepts. We are referring to the 5th topic mentioned in our heading: viz. “The Return of the Lost 10 Tribes of Israel“. This topic, much overlooked as it is by Judah and almost unbeknown to the non-Jewish Bible reading nations, is the topic of the Main Theme of Biblical Prophecy – as we shall be showing in this and various other of our writings – and, of course, In the Writings of Jewish Chazal (Sages Writings throughout the Ages). There is no greater evidence of the fulfillment of these Prophecies being now in the process than the current worldwide Phenomenon of millions of previously anti-Torah, anti-Israel, anti-Judaism, and anti-Rabbinic non-Jews gradually and progressively turning to Torah observance, pro-Israelism, and even a growing and developing urge to become citizens of the Land of Israel.
Similarly, we direct our appeal to non-Jewish Bible believers to agree to use the BIBLE as a common ground for searching a common solution to the Way ahead in these Times. Judah and its spiritual leaders should consider this world-wide phenomenon of non-Jewish interest in Torah and fast-developing good relations with former anti-Israel powers as a reason to seriously reconsider the Way ahead – even if it may seem to require a deviation from the Way that 2000 years of persecutions by these strangers who now wish to befriend Israel have forced Jews onto embracing self-protection mode, thus separating themselves from the nations
IF God is real, then the BIBLE is real, and then its Prophetic Guidelines, which underlie the Main Theme of these Scriptures and which were repeatedly foretold in advance, then this Phenomenon must be real. And, if real, it needs to be acted on. This can only occur IF Judah is prepared to reconsider the Divine Solution to achieving the common Uniting Theme which underlies these 4 topics, and if they identify with their own part in bringing about this Unifying requirement and stop opposing contenders and obstructing the Gateway to this 7th ‘Shabbat’ Millennium.
Our Jewish audience will no doubt strongly respond that they are indeed on the right track toward the fulfillment of these 4 Events. The very fact that this World-wide Phenomenon which is taking place all over the Globe; this 5th finalizing requirement that is foretold in Scripture (and repeatedly emphasized by Chazal) is overlooked by Jews from all walks of Judaism, calls for serious consideration and readjustment to accommodate a highly complicated resolve. This 5th reconciliatory phenomenon, the re-identification of resolving of the Key withholding issue to the Main and Final Redemption, viz., the Reidentification and return of the Lost House of 10-Israel, is indeed shunned and strongly opposed by Israel’s spiritual and government authorities. As such, it makes totally impossible the Main Theme of Scripture, the Main Purpose of the Creator: The Final Redemption in order to inaugurate the establishment of His Universal Rule.
Confirmation of this Communal Factor from Chazal
It will require a library of referencing to our discussion. We can therefore only touch the surface here. However, the common factor underlying all 4 of these themes holds the Key and directs the Way forward to reach that Goal upon which all 4 events will concur – a Way that HaShem requires us to accept, follow and fulfill by ACTION. This has been the underlying Divine Method from Day 1 for Israel.
In other words: to reach the ultimate Goal which HaShem has purposed for humanity, Final Redemption, we need to determine and define the ONE common Occurrence that all 4 of these mystical Happenings are pointing to and are being part of. This Occurrence has been the target of His People since the Days of Gan Eden, though shrouded in mystery and unanswered questions throughout the ages. When we can define this divinely promised Event – a virtually 4-in-1 Phenomenon, we will be able to plan our Route to achieve that Goal. The alternative is to sit back and wait on HaShem to dump this Event on us, overflowing us with Blessing while we simply have to receive. Clearly, a strategy that HaShem has never ever applied throughout history since Creation. Depending on OUR reaction to move this matter forwards, we will then also be able to honestly judge whether we are, in fact, cooperating for the achievement of this Phenomenon or perhaps opposing it by our misguided actions.
At the final conclusion of the 6 millennia Process (some 230 years ahead according to the Jewish Biblical Calendar) we are destined by Prophecy and Divine Promise to be blessedly imbued with His Spirit to reach perfection – which by human standards and attempts is not possible. According to Scriptural Promise, He will graciously award it to those souls whom He finds worthy in the Final Judgment.
Rather than select quotations from the endless records of Chazal and Scripture, we will endeavour here to briefly and broadly summarize each interpretation from the Guideline which we have agreed upon above, i.e. the Bible and the broadly selected interpretations of the Guardians of this Word, the spiritual leaders of Judaism, HaShem’s mandated Mechoqeck (His divinely mandated Judges for this 6000-year dispensation).
1. Restoration of the Fallen Tabernacle of David
What was this Tabernacle of David (Succat David) which ‘fell’, that is referred to?
The Prophet Amos defines it for us in ch. 9:11
| 11 In that day I (HaShem) will raise up the Tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof, and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old; |
This clearly is a reference to the Final Redemption when HaShem will Return the exiles from both the Houses of Judah and 10-Israel – when they will reunite to restore the Kingdom of 12-Israel. In this way, the ‘Fallen Tabernacle of David will be restored, primarily because of the Grace of G-d in receiving back His covenanted Nation who failed Him so gravely that He destined them to almost total wipe-out as a Nation over 2 millennia in exile. Amos clearly defines this in his prediction of HaShem’s rejection of His failing nation, condemning them to horrible persecution by the nations – yet, with the ultimate Divine Promise of Restoration and exaltation to eternal rulership over the nations. This, clearly from all Prophetic predictions of the universal exile, to occur AFTER the regathering of the exiles, back to the Holy Land, their SDivine Inheritance. This process is referred to by the Prophets as the “Restoration of the Fallen Tabernacle of David,” – which is meant for the End Time.
Why has the Tabernacle of David fallen? Scripture abounds with declarations by HaShem that David was righteous and kept His Commandments. David became the King of Israel, taking over the throne from the 1st Israelite King Saul, who failed HaShem. David managed to unite the 12 Tribes of Israel after the Tribe of Benjamin was almost wiped out in an internal ‘Family Feud’ in a tribal war amongst the children of Israel. David received the abundant Blessings of HaShem to establish a United Kingdom in an empire that stretched to the river Euphrates.
David retrieved the Ark of the Covenant, which had been previously captured by the Philistines (see 1 Chron. 16:1). He pitched a Tent in Jerusalem at Gibeon to temporarily house the Ark of the Covenant until the Temple would be completed. His son Solomon (Shlomoh), who ascended the throne after him, would build the magnificent Structure to house the Ark of the Covenant.
The Blessed Tabernacle of David Falls!
Things went drastically wrong with the nation of Israel at this stage during the Rule of King Solomon, son of David – and this is what the ‘Fall of David’s Tabernacle’ refers to. Solomon built altars to the idols of his many foreign wives, which moved HaShem to take the Kingdom of Israel away from him, leaving him ONE Tribe only – the Tribe of Judah, “for the sake of His righteous Servant David” who’s throne would remain forever. This is all comprehensively recorded in 1 Kings ch 11.
The united 12-Tribed Kingdom of David thus broke up in a devastating event when HaShem’s Kingdom was split into 2: The House of Judah in the South of the Land (which included the almost annihilated Tribe of Benjamin) and, in the North of the Land, the House of Israel, the 10-Tribed Kingdom which HaShem entrusted to King Jeroboam.
This split came about in the time of Solomon’s rule (10th century BCE). The nation of Israel was prosperous, riding on the Blessings to King David. Solomon is described as the wisest man that ever lived. Hence his 700 wives, mostly princesses of kings who offered their daughters to this wise and super-rich King. The fortunes from these nations also flowed in, Solomon’s empire also stretched to the Euphrates river as he ruled with Peace Alliances with the surrounding nations. One of these nations was the Phoenicians, a prosperous sea-faring nation living in the coastal areas of Lebanon. Using their experienced fleets, Solomon sent ships to the ends of the earth, bringing Gold and other precious goods from these far areas to Jerusalem. His ships went to the USA, Africa, Australia, and the Far East 2000 years before Columbus and the other seafarers of fame who supposedly discovered ‘The New World’.
This new wealth brought disaster to the Nation of God who, under Solomon, had built a World Empire the likes of which the world had never seen. This all has been smothered by the world’s historians and even the Bible presents scant evidence. However, the evidence is popping up all over today as Hebrew inscriptions are found deep into the USA. (Ref. to the detailed historical review entitled “The Lost ten Tribes of Israel – Found!” – by Steven Collins).
Like all great empires of history, this wealth and ease drew the Israelite nation to forget the guidance of the Torah and its rules for Life. Idol worship and self-styled preferential ‘Torah’ interpretation drew the anger of the God of Israel. What followed stunned the heavens: God rejected and exiled His nation. The Prophet Jeremiah describes it as a Divorce (Jer. 3:8) – God divorcing His believed Bride, the House of Israel, exiling them into oblivion amongst the Nations! The Prophet Ezekiel describes the consequent departure of the Shechinah (Presence) of God from the world! (Ezek. 10). This Temple was destroyed in 586 BCE by Nebuchadnezzar. By this time, the 10 Tribes, the entire ‘House of Israel’, had been exiled – a process which gradually took place over some 2 centuries (9th century BCE – 720 BCE when Samaria finally conquered and the remnant of 10 Tribers who had not left the country yet, captured and deported. Next in line for exile was the House of Judah – when the Temple was destroyed in 586 BCE.
This tragic dumping of the Kingdom of God was foretold by the Prophet Amos who lived just before the final exile of 10-Israel in 720 BCE. He pronounced doom on the 10-Tribed House of Israel in the first 6 chapters of His writings. For a full review of Amos’s Message and warnings to 10-Israel, ref. www.chabad.org
2. The Coming of Mashiach
This is a broad topic without limit in the theological archives of all Bible-believing souls across the Globe. Suffice it here to simply refer to the broad outlines commonly accepted by all Messianic Faiths (which includes orthodox Judaism – for the notice of NT Messianic believers!) that Mashiach will enter the World Stage in the End Times to finalize the pre-Kingdom era. Please follow our comprehensive Blogs on this topic refer https://www.kolhator.com/blog/
3. Final Redemption
The final day of Pesach (which commemorates the 1st Redemption from Egyptian bondage) also provides a Metaphor for the future Final End-Time Redemption, which God will bring about through His Messiah.
The Final End-Time Redemption entails Spiritual Redemption, in an ongoing process, from all straits and limitations that constitute spiritual Egyptian exile. The Jewish Sages interpret from the written record of the Bible that 80% of the Israelite nation rejected the Divine Offer of Redemption and chose to remain in Egypt. History records an almost identical repeat of this 80% refusal of Redemption at the time of the Return of Judah from Babylon under Ezra. Will this repeat in the Final Redemption from exile amongst the nations of the World?
The first and the final Redemption both involve the liberation of the entire nation of Israel. Participation in the Final Exile remains the free choice for every member of the Hebrew nation which receives the Call and Opportunity of Release from bondage in exile by the God of Israel. Just as the Exodus from Egypt encompassed the entire nation and resulted from the collective participation of all who wished to share in the Divine Offer, so will the future Redemption propose to liberate all Israelites (all 12 Tribes, from both Houses of Israel) from exile. This too will result from the collective efforts and the positive actions of those who wish to share in the Final Redemption.
In Judaism and according to Scripture and Chazal (writings of the Jewish Sages), we clearly see a presumed connection between the Coming of the Messiah and the Final Redemption. This raises and leaves many questions unanswered as to the exact Time element and the Identity of the Messiah. Rabbis, Torah commentators, and all other Bibel commentators remain divided in their opinions as to the stages of the Redemption and its order of occurrence.
Approaching the Main Theme of Scripture:
4. Malchut HaShem – the establishment of the Kingdom – the culmination of all
What remains for us to consider in regard to these 4 End Time Events is the establishment of the Kingdom of HaShem under the direct Rule of God Himself through His Mashiach.
We will establish in this Essay that the Main Theme of Prophecy is the sublime ultimate Plan of HaShem for humanity, i.e. the establishment of His Universal Kingdom to serve as a Light unto all Nations. God, Himself will rule over the nations through His approved government made up of those who have been found righteous during then 6000 years ‘Trial Run’ on earth. This will serve as “a Living Temple” for Him to dwell in amongst His People.
The salient pointers for purposes of this essay, and its Appeal, are addressed to those who hold the Keys to the Gates of Entry to this Eternal Kingdom. i.e. the spiritual leaders of the Divinely mandated Judicial faculty of Judah, the Rabbinic leadership and, of course, the Israel Government, which controls legislation about immigration. This review will stress that:
There can be NO Kingdom:
- without the Return of the Lost House of Israel, viz. the Exiles of the Northern 10-Tribes, having been re-awakened and re-identified as foretold in Ezek. 36 and numerous Prophetic Scriptural statements – ref. Bible Confirmations of the Return of the Tribes of Israel
There can be NO Redemption of Israel:
- without the Return of these masses, 10/12ths of Am Yisrael;
Mashiach (the Presence of HaShem Himself) will NOT turn up:
- to face a Nation still divided and at loggerheads with each other as per the 2730 tears history of Israel and Judah since the split of the Kingdom in the time of Solomon; Rabbinic interpretation holds that the Shechinah (direct Presence of HaShem) departed from the World when the Temple was destroyed; and that it will Return for the End Time scenarios as discussed in this Review.
- without the Return of 10-Israel as foretold in the Main Theme of Biblical Prophecy. THEY need to reconcile with each other for the sake of peaceful REUNITING as ONE Nation, ONE Family before and with HaShem.
the Fallen Tabernacle of David, encompassing and annulling Division and Split in the Nation of HaShem, can NOT possibly be rebuilt:
- without the acceptance by Judah and the presence of a reawakening and a Return of the Lost House of 10-Israel exiled amongst the Nations. Such a Return requires the acceptance and facilitation by Judah of such a Return;
and there can NOT possibly be an establishment of the Kingdom of Israel to rule over the nations:
- without the acceptance by Judah of and the resultant return of the Lost House of 10-Israel to the Land, to join in the UNITED 12-Tribed Kingdom of Israel under the direct Rule of the G-d of Israel.
The Appeal
This calls for a TOTAL reassessment by Judah of their regard of the millions of non-Jews today who are clamoring for recognition and acceptance by the Mechoqeck of HaShem.
Torah observance alone will NOT bring Redemption
Rabbi Boruch Ber Leibowitz, one of the great rabbis of pre-war Europe, was quoted as saying: “When I will stand before the heavenly court, and they will ask me, ‘What merit have you brought with you?’ What shall I answer? Torah? Is my Torah knowledge worth enough to be mentioned? Fear of Heaven? Are my deeds worthy of that description? There is only one thing I could possibly claim — that I loved every Jew with all my heart. Whenever I walk in the street and I see a Jew, one thought comes to me: A blessing on his head!'” www.aish.com
Maimonides says that the Messianic era, as the time for the Final Redemption, starts when we individually and collectively truly love each other “just because”. And this stretches beyond just loving my fellow Jew. The Lost House of Israel, sifted amongst the Nations, is in HaShem’s Book as much a part of His Universal Kingdom as Judah hopes to be. The Fallen Tabernacle of David can NOT be resurrected without the presence of a Returned Lost House of multi-millions of 10-Israelites.
Final Assurance
For anyone who may still have silent convictions regarding opening their hearts to their Captive Brothers in exile in spiritual Egypt:
The Prophet Daniel foretold the End Time culminating Event of the establishment of the Kingdom of the God of Israel to rule over ALL nations. This is how he described it in his explanation of the Prophecy of the Statue representing the successive World Kingdoms of history. This Vision was a forecast, centuries in advance, of the successive Kingdoms that would rule the World from the Time of the successive World Empires of:
- the Persian Empire
- the Assyrian Empire
- the Greek Empire
- the Roman Empire and
- after its Fall …
- depicted by the 2 legs of the Statue, representing the kingdoms of the East and the West, leading up to the Final Times (depicted by the feet and toes) of multiple kingdoms unable to reconcile:
This is how the Prophetic Dream concluded:
Dan. 2:44 crowns it all: The setting up of Malchut HaShem
| 44 And in the days of those kings [the feet and 10 toes of the Statue, representing the 10 Tribes sifted amongst the Nations] shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; nor shall the kingdom be left to another people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, but it shall stand forever. |
2 Chron. 2:11 – the first mention of Malchut HaShem (the Kingdom of G-d) in Scripture, referring to the Temple that David’s son Solomon built.
| 11 Huram said moreover: ‘Blessed be HaShem, the G-d of Israel, Who made heaven and earth, Who hath given to David, the king, a wise son, endued with discretion and understanding, that should build a house for HaShem, and a House for His Kingdom |
Alt. Hebrew word מַמְלָכָה – used for the first-time as a ref. to HaShem’s Kingdom in 2 Chron. 13:5
| 5 ought ye not to know that HaShem, the G-d of Israel, gave the Kingdom to David over Israel forever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt? |
Dan. 2:44 crowns it all: The setting up of Malchut HaShem
| 44 And in the days of those kings shall the G-d of heaven set up a Kingdom, which shall never be destroyed; nor shall the Kingdom be left to another people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, but it shall stand forever. |
