Jer. 31:30 defines the Divine Promise of the establishment by God of a New Covenant (NC):
|
|
|
|
|
|
This Covenant may rank as the nucleus of the entire Creation Plan – yet it is one of the most misunderstood topics of the Bible. Christianity has totally contorted it, thereby missing the main requirement of the Divine Plan as we will show in this review. Even the Prophet Daniel was totally shocked when the identity of the Coming Ruler on the Throne of David was revealed to him in a vision. This Ruler in God’s Universal Kingdom will be imbued by this New Covenant and its effects.

This week’s Parashat Bechuqotai emphasizes the importance of, and the Divine expectations from mankind regarding their observance of His Laws and precepts (the Torah) as the essential foundations of the New Covenant. Christianity has contorted this New Covenant, declaring it their “Free Pass” to a Lawless Faith, being led by “the Spirit” to obedience.
